Havent been here is so long….far too long! Feel like I have forgotten why I started up The Secrets of Perfect Living and have lost my way. Life sure gets busy when you are travelling and moving about! And flying to Melbourne a couple of times as well as pack up our Motorhome to move on the road…yep I have no time for doing anything much!
Learning To Live With Laughter and Love
This month I am focusing on being Grateful and Accepting. Over at our New Life on the Road Facebook fan page I am sharing a Photo a Day Challenge – where I share photos for one year. To help me focus on being grateful, and finding my true inner happiness. Its something that I need to do, something that I have to do. I want to find Laughter in my life, and learn to love again.
Really Seeing What is Around Me
That is the secret of inner happiness, and something that I am lacking at the moment. Lacking in so many areas of my life right now – lack of time, lack of exercise, lack of time with hubby, lack of one/on/one time with my boys! So with this in mind I am going to be re-reading The Secrets of Perfect Living Book, taking lots of Grateful Photos and joining in with Happy Days in May Project! I will be looking for the little things that make all of the difference.
Last week I wrote about an Interview that I did with Brett Jones from Cre8. It was such a great interview, full of information and advice about Personal Life Coaching. I had many questions for Brett Jones about his company, his coaching, his style and why he was so successful. There were too many questions to put into one blog post so I thought that I would follow up with part two and discuss What Do Life Coaches Do?

A few weeks back I did a blog post about The Power of Love. I was shown a photo of a couple who were in the wrong place at the wrong time, but who made the best of the situation and took care of each other. I found out who the couple was, and I contacted the young mans Dad via Facebook. You see I noticed the young man Father – Brett Jones CEO of Cre8 - was on facebook, and I did a background check on him! Gosh that sounds weird…I am not talking about a private back ground check, I meant that I searched through his information on facebook and discovered that he is a Personal Life Coach with a business set up to help others.
Personal Life Coaches
So what is different about this Personal Life Coach compared to the other Life Coaches out there? I like his style…Brett Jones has started his own company Cre8 with his wife, and have started from the ground up. They were not a couple that were born rich, and they were not a couple that won the lottery. They are a couple that searched for more out of life, and went on a search for how they could help others. Here is a email interview that I asked Brett Jones to answer regards his company Cre8! It will be a mini-series here at The Secrets of Perfect Living as I asked a lot of questions!
Reporter – I have been reading your amazing journey to how you created Cre8….the journey of travelling in a yacht with Marie Jones, and helping out the children of Sri Lankan Community – helping the three 8 year old boys who were living under a tree.
Question – So I was wondering, how did you manage to work around the legal issues and help to provide accommodation and an assist with education to the three boys and the Sri Lankan Community?
Brett Jones CEO – We worked through the headmaster of the school at the time and set up a bank account that the boys could access to withdraw funds each semester as long as the headmaster reported they had been to school. Later as adults we just transferred it direct to them for building a house and starting a business.
Reporter – Question – Are you still a part of those three boys financial life? Did those three boys benefit from your input?
Brett Jones CEO – Yes we still maintain the contact with them. They did benefit as they completed school and have set up a business with our assistance and the twin brother build a house together. We are really pleased to have met them and had the opportunity to affect directly someone’s life in that practical way.
Reporter – You have many different packages for your coaching business, with many different prices for each set packages.
Brett Jones CEO – We are now providing group coaching via Net meeting with a maximum of six in the group with a set topic each month such as relationships, Wealth, Career Health etc. for $155 per month as we have proven the Group dynamic creates more of an experience. We do also provide Face to Face one on one coaching for clients who prefer it for $275 permonth as well as Executive coaching for Business owners at three different levels.
Consulting: $6,000 pa plus GST Meeting once per month and incorporating the Superstar system.
Board level: $10,000pa plus GST Meeting once per month incorporating the Superstar system and including two one day Strategy sessions under a “WAR ROOM” scenario to ensure you are on track, meeting your targets and clear on what is tocome.
Chairman: $15,000pa plus GST. Meeting once per month and including two one day Strategy sessions under a “WAR ROOM” scenario to ensure you are on track, meeting your targets and clear on what is to come. A further day with your Team structuring cultural change and incorporating a full CULTURAL CHANGE into the monthly sessions to ensure you are a great Leader and your team is on track and supporting the growth. It’s one thing to grow and another, to have to slow because your back up, isn’t keeping up.

To say that I have had a good wake up call is a small understatement. The other week David (my hubby) and I jumped into bed and played a DVD. It was the first time we had watched anything together in a very long time yet it all came down to the Secrets of the Universe.

The DVD has been sitting in our big cupboard for some time, but we have not had time to watch it! With five boys and renovating a Motorhome we usually fall into bed too tired to watch anything! Let alone a DVD that runs for sometime. Actually whenever we do watch a DVD we usually fall asleep without finishing it to the end! This time was different – this time I was spell bound. It explains all about the quantum physics and how we create our own reality. Its what the Secrets of the Universe is really all about.

I worked out a few years ago that You Have Got To Have A Dream, and that my why must be bigger than me! I wrote down my why, I wrote down what I wanted for our family. I have a dream and I believe. Accepting Success Is Waiting For You
Recently I shared how I have found The Secrets of Perfect Living book and was so happy with the outcome that I even posted about the difference the mindset makes to what is happening in our life, posting the results in a forum. The answer that I got back was so good that I have to share it….”Its good to say yes to success and accept your success that is waiting for you”
I have never thought about that concept before – accepting that our life is changing and we are successful. Is that what is holding you back? Is that why you are not achieving your goals? Think about for a moment – do you have your why written down?

Recently I have discovered a different way of thinking – a different way of watching what I am thinking about, and watching what I am talking about! I have discovered The Secrets of Perfect Living and have decided to look within for answers about success. I have even realised about the Power of Love and the Power of the Mind. Those actions are strong – have you thought about what you are saying and do you realise that Thoughts Become Actions?
Watch Your Actions
Recently another Internet Marketer shared a video that touched me in so many ways. I have five boys and I pray that they all stay safe, and happy. This video really touched me deeply…it explains how everyone needs to be careful with how they behave towards another person and how kids need to need to realise that Thoughts Become Actions!
* Warning – you will need tissues for this one, and I am not sure if young children should be allowed to watch this video clip. It explains more about how we all need to realise that Thoughts Become Actions as they will and can affect other peoples wellbeing!
Watch Over Our Kids
So if our kids are going to school, and are being exposed to this type of behavour how do we know that they need the Power of Love to guide them through? How do they let us know that they are needing reassurance with our words and our hugs? How can we protect them from life and explain to them that they are not to blame for other peoples actions? That they are not the cause of that behavour? It really made me think – I have five boys.
Do they know that there is more to life then school, and that life is worth living? Do we tell them enough every day how important they are to our family and to this world? Have I listened lately?
Because really all children need to understand is that they are loved, that they are important and that just because another kid at school/or work is not able to understand how their Thoughts Become Actions and are trying to influence their behaviour onto another person, they are still part of a family that does care.
Did You Watch To The End?
At the end of the movie there are names, and ages of kids shared who did not understand that life is better.
Life gets easy and that there is more to Life!
If only they realised that the person that was hurting them never realised how what their actions were doing, affected deeply. The ones that do not realise that Thoughts Become Actions are the ones hurting others…but really deep down they are hurting themselves!
Please pass this message on – save at least one more teenager, one more child. Teach your children that Thoughts Become Actions and that life is really beautiful

The Power Of One Kiss
Last night a special person shared a photo that he had found online. It is now all over the Internet and its famous for the quote “Make Love, Not War” so I thought that it would be amazing to share The Power Of Love with you all!
Its only a Kiss you say But its a Kiss that has touched the world. The man in the picture and his partner were actually at the wrong place at the wrong time. They were only by standers and they were caught in the riot – literally run over by the police. The Lady was so scared, so her gorgeous man thought a kiss would re-assure her that it was going to be just fine. That is the power of love!
Thinking About The Power
So I went to bed last night with this gorgeous image in my head. Here is one couple, who were placed into a scary situation, with fighting all around them. They did what they had to – he wanted to make sure she was OK. That one little kiss has taken away the attraction from the fighting and has placed the attention onto The Power Of Love!
Make Peace, Not War
Imagine if everyone thought like this! Imagine if the fighting would stop so that the power of one kiss could affect more people. Then there would not be a world in tumor. There would not be a need to fight if only people realised that thoughts become actions and actions become real. Can you see how you could change your day from a day of uproar, to a day of peace with your thoughts, your actions and your mind? What about trying right now – could you see how The Power Of Love will help you in your world?

That is how powerful a kiss is. It can change your whole day, and help you to feel powerful. Have you been kissed lately? What feeling do you get when you are making love and not war! That is the feeling that leads to success. With love, with happiness and with a kiss you will be the best person that you can ever be. How is your day going to be? Fighting or at Peace? Do Switch-Words Really Work?
If you have a copy of the book The Secrets Of Perfect Living then you would know what I mean by Switchwords. If you are not sure how the switch-words work then maybe going back in time to this blog post will help you to understand what switchwords are and how they work. Until I started reading this book, and looking at what my thoughts were, I never really understood about The Secret. If I change my mind, change my thoughts, and change my words – to positive words then why is my life not changing? They were a few questions that I had at first!!
There is so much to living. But are you aware of what you are actually thinking about? Because once you start to realise that your thoughts create your life then you will start to understand about Living The Secret.
Living The Secret Life
The Secrets Of Perfect Living start with your thoughts. They actually shape your life, and will point you in the direction of where you are going. Its not that life is “PERFECT” because there is no such thing as a perfect life. After all we are not god….but its more about Living the Secret. In another blog I wrote about “Enlightenment Thinkers” yesterday. I wrote from the heart on how to live your life so that you own your life. The Secret Book
Actually I carry the Book around with me. Its in my hand bag, or in my hands so that I can easily and quickly flip to the pages that I need. It has a big list of switch-words – so that if you need to change a word to change your life then you are able to easily search for the word, search for the way to use the word and start to see results within days. At first you will wonder if the book will work, you will question what you believe in and your faith. But soon you will have the results that you are after so that you will know that you are Living The Secret, and that it does work!
Own Your Secret Life
If you are new here then you might not know who I am or what I believe in, so its best to find out by reading more about me here. If you are a friend or follower then you will know that I believe in an abundance mentality and I know that you too can own Your Secret Life. Its not about holding secrets from your friends or family. Its about thinking a certain way so that you are successful. Are you happy with your life? Are you happy with your work? Are you happy with your family or friends? If not then you need to take control of your life and own it. No one can take over for you – and again its not about being over bearing or dominant. Its about knowing where your life is heading, and knowing that you are really Living The Secret.
Information From Bootcamp
Last weekend I went to an Internet Marketing Bootcamp at the Goldcoast. Sean Rasmussen was holding the best bootcamp of the year. It was full of useful information about how to make money online, but what was really important was the information about the mindset. On Saturday morning Sean discussed the way our minds think to how we have the success we are after. I was sitting there with a huge grin on my face the whole time because I am now Living The Secret with the information from the book The Secret Of Perfect Living. I knew what he was talking about, and I knew that having a positive mindset was the key to success. I have had the book for about three months and since then I have seen huge changes in my online business.
Taking Information To The Next Level
The weekend ended on a high. It was amazing and it will be taking my online business to the next level where I am Living The Secret everyday. My one goal from that weekend was to connect with more like minded people, to work out what my purpose in life was about, and to help others to start Living The Secret.
